Do you deliver to my location?

Temperature-Experts.com.au is a Perth-based company situated in the northern suburbs. We currently provide affordable delivery services throughout the Perth Metro area and offer competitive delivery rates.

What occurs if I’m not at home during the delivery attempt?

The driver may try and contact you, advising they will have to move on, and we will attempt delivery at the next availability for an added cost.

What if there is a delay in delivery?

If there are any delays or issues with your order, whether caused by us or the manufacturer, we will contact you promptly. Delivery time estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed commitments. Temperature-Experts.com.au is not obligated to adhere to these estimates. During peak times, such as holidays, delivery may take longer, but we will make every effort to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

What if I need to make changes to my delivery date or details?

If you need to modify your delivery date or address, please reach out to our customer service team at 0432 345 069 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Note that additional charges may apply for any changes to the delivery date or address.

Do you offer local pickup?

Currently, we are not offering Local Pickup because our warehouse is designed exclusively for trade use and is not equipped to accommodate visits from the general public.
