Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy for change of mind, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in writing. Change of mind return is not available on sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, un-opened, unused, un-damaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@temperature-experts.com.au

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return delivering label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return in writing or above will not be accepted.

For any questions regarding returns, please get in touch with us. If your return is authorised, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.

After we receive and review your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company. If the return is not accepted, we will reach out to arrange for you to retrieve the goods.

You can always contact us for any return questions at admin@temperature-experts.com.au
